What it actually is
A bohemian-style midi dress cut from a cotton and elastane blend. That blend is doing two jobs at once: the cotton keeps it breathable and cool against the skin, and the small percentage of elastane gives the fabric enough recovery that it stretches with you and springs back instead of bagging out at the elbows and hips.
